Common questions

How much notice do you need?

72 hours minimum. Every board is bought and carved on the morning of your event, so nothing is pulled from stock. For weddings and larger events, two to four weeks gives us time to plan around your palette and delivery window.

Does it arrive ready to serve?

Boards arrive carved, styled and ready to serve. No kitchen access, power or staff needed. Only the grazing table is assembled at your venue.

How long does it hold once delivered?

Every board is cut the morning of your event. Serve within a few hours of delivery. Boards hold well for a three to four hour event.

Do you deliver across Los Angeles?

Yes, from our kitchen in Porter Ranch. Delivery is quoted separately with your order and depends on distance. Beyond 30 miles we quote individually.

Can you work around allergies or dietary needs?

Yes. Tell us in the request and we build around it — nut-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and fully plant-based are all straightforward. Our boards are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, soy and eggs. Tell us about allergies in your request and we build around them, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations more than 72 hours before delivery are refunded in full. Inside 72 hours, half the order value is charged. Inside 24 hours, orders are non-refundable. Larger events need seven days notice for a full refund.

Does the fruit change with the season?

Fruit varies by season. Figs, lychee and kiwano come and go. We build each board around what is genuinely best that week.

What do I need to provide?

Boards arrive on a wooden board or bowl. Serving utensils are included. Plates and napkins are not — tell us if you need them.

What is the difference between a cheese board and a charcuterie board?

A cheese board is cheese-led with fruit, honey and crackers. A charcuterie board adds Italian cured meats — prosciutto, salami and coppa.

How much charcuterie do I need per person?

As an appetiser, roughly two to three ounces per person. If it is the main food at the event, size up.
