72 hours minimum. Every board is bought and carved on the morning of your event, so nothing is pulled from stock. For weddings and larger events, two to four weeks gives us time to plan around your palette and delivery window.

Yes. Tell us in the request and we build around it — nut-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and fully plant-based are all straightforward. Our boards are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, soy and eggs. Tell us about allergies in your request and we build around them, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Cancellations more than 72 hours before delivery are refunded in full. Inside 72 hours, half the order value is charged. Inside 24 hours, orders are non-refundable. Larger events need seven days notice for a full refund.

Fruit varies by season. Figs, lychee and kiwano come and go. We build each board around what is genuinely best that week.

Boards arrive on a wooden board or bowl. Serving utensils are included. Plates and napkins are not — tell us if you need them.

It is built from tropical and specialty fruit rather than everyday supermarket produce. Ours uses passion fruit, yellow dragon fruit, gold kiwi carved into star points, black mission figs, golden berries, lychee and blood orange, depending on the week.

Passion fruit, gold kiwi, dragon fruit and mango are available most of the year. Figs are seasonal and strongest in late summer. Kiwano and lychee come and go. We build around what is at its best.
