We deliver from Porter Ranch across Los Angeles. Delivery is roughly $50–60 within a 30-mile radius, quoted separately from the board. Beyond 30 miles we quote individually. Some runs are handled by a third-party courier.
72 hours minimum. Every board is bought and carved on the morning of your event, so nothing is pulled from stock. For weddings and larger events, two to four weeks gives us time to plan around your palette and delivery window.
Boards arrive carved, styled and ready to serve. No kitchen access, power or staff needed. Only the grazing table is assembled at your venue.
Every board is cut the morning of your event. Serve within a few hours of delivery. Boards hold well for a three to four hour event.

Yes. Tell us in the request and we build around it — nut-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and fully plant-based are all straightforward. Our boards are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, soy and eggs. Tell us about allergies in your request and we build around them, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Cancellations more than 72 hours before delivery are refunded in full. Inside 72 hours, half the order value is charged. Inside 24 hours, orders are non-refundable. Larger events need seven days notice for a full refund.
Fruit varies by season. Figs, lychee and kiwano come and go. We build each board around what is genuinely best that week.
Boards arrive on a wooden board or bowl. Serving utensils are included. Plates and napkins are not — tell us if you need them.
If fruit is a side alongside other food, the seasonal platter suits most events. If it is the centrepiece people photograph, the exotic board or a carved centrepiece is the better choice.
